Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration in Oakland County

Older homes in south Oakland County have plaster walls and hidden spaces where smoke travels, while larger homes up north have open floor plans that spread smoke fast. We restore both, along with offices, restaurants and stores.

Whatever caused the fire, the steps are the same: secure the building, stop further damage and remove the smoke at its source. We:

  • Provide 24/7 board-up and roof tarping to protect the property
  • Clean soot from walls, ceilings and HVAC
  • Remove odor with thermal fogging and air scrubbing
  • Clean up corrosive fire extinguisher residue
  • Pack out, clean and store your belongings
  • Rebuild with our reconstruction team
